.....They were drawn to a gigantic fanciful boat that looked like it came straight from a James Bond OO7 movie. The Elorico, the first of its kind, hails from Russia, and is being distributed in the U.S. by Armen Petrosian of Los Angeles. Grant Arnott, who works for Petrosian, brought the boat here after he was asked to find a display location "where there are a lot of people." Arnott said, "Lake Havasu City is a partying place, so here we are."
He said the boat had drawn gawkers, both in transport and in the water. The eight-passenger boat features seats that move up and down when the boat hits bumps....

I saw it out on the open water, and it was going around 35 - 40 mph, I dont know if it is any faster than that

well for you metric guys out there, 74.9 mph = 120.54 kilometers an hour!
