OK...I got a phone call from this guy that was looking at it when I was selling it. He says this dude that is selling it now claims that it only has 10-12 Hrs. on it, and that he just did the first oil change, etc. That kind of shiat. I sold it for what I wanted...guess I don't care what he gets for it....just don't misrepresent the boat.

Here's more info...just received a call from a totally different guy that saw my add on boattrader.com. He put two and two together, and gave me a ring.... Says this guys reserve is set at $15,000.  :say?  Also told me that this guy does this for a living and that he has seen other boats he has had up for sale as well. Says the photos were all taken at the same locations etc. What a dirt-bag.

Don't know that it will do any good. The guy registers as a new user everytime he sells something. His zero feedback should be a red flag to anyone planning on spending that kind of money on an auction.   :flamed

You might want to have a talk with this guy.  He responded to my question about recieptes and build sheets for the overhaul by saying he was told it was recently done.

Is that enough to send a fraud report to eBay?
