Note that the dog do'n his bizniss on the Bush sign has what looks to be a muzzled leash and collar.
Obviously a left wing organized and trained dog, probably bused in and works for ACORN.

While the dog doing justice to the Obama sign is free of any constraints and is just doing what comes natually.
