Just the other day a female San Diego officer was drunker-n-a-skunk at a Tavern in Carlsbad. Pulls out here PD issued gun and flaps it around while rummaging in her purse for something else.....never threatened anyone. She could barely wal;k and was escorted out buy the bouncers into the waiting arms of the Carlsbad PD. Few days later she has resigned.
