Yup, $13/hr to work on airplains, I will be sure to avoid flying, I mean can you see the guy working on your plane, the heck with that loose bolt I only make $13hr, not worth mine time to fix that, Let someone else do it. |
$13/hr isn't out of line for starting wages spinning wrenches on airplanes, straight out of A&P school.
But this outfit is a airport services provider, so I doubt these people are working on airplanes. Probably refueling trucks, baggage tugs, baggage carts, (Ground Support Equipment or GSE in industry lingo) that sort of thing.
