Since the beginning of the holiday season to now I'm proud to say I've dropped about 15lbs.

Got plenty left to go though :laugh

I'd like to lose about 10 before boating season starts. :beer

24lbs as of this AM..........watching portions and skipping sweets mostly. Started at 284 and was 260 this morning.

Nighttime snack is sunflower seeds(shelled). Can watch tv all night snacking on them one by one which amounts to a small handful of actual nuts.
