Remember when I told you Good things come to those who wait, Well I'll just say I heard the housing will hit bottom sometime in spring "Maybe" which mean I can find a nice house for a good price in AZ maybe Jobs will start picking up out there or at lease things will start moving again, my second son will be out of school, And I just found out that I may not be able to stay here anymore, Well I for one am not going to go broke here in ohio paying taxes, CAN'T DO IT Anymore, My kids school has another levy on the ballets, and this one looks like it will pass and will be another $600 a year for me, so that $4,400 a year for property taxes :jawdrop and ohio is uping there Income tax by 49% this year, so No pay raise in site and we just don't have the loads here anymore like we use to. What I'm saying is Soon I will be out of here, Yes I'm Scared to make the move and that maybe why I have not done it yet, very hard to move from the place you were born at.

Is the grass really greener on the other side, will I have more money in my pockets to do the things I want to do, will I fail and go broke and be homeless.

Sorry had to make changes, wife just told me they will go $600 more a year, my dad said to just move a little farther out, well I am I told him, way out. :D   They don't want me here so F them. Oh my kids school is like Beverly hills 90210  :rolleyes  And now they can't pay for it, The place is state of the art. :laugh  Did the same thing down where My dad lives, even has a indoor lap pool and track. :rolleyes And then they tell me my kids have to go to collage so they can go far in the real world, then WTF is up with high school. :rolleyes This place is so backward. :rolleyes

For what it's worth, my wife moved out here from Ohio about 25 years ago. Didn't have a dime to her name and nobody here that she knew.

She's been back a few times to visit and every time she does she thanks GOD that she moved away from there.

Sounds like you need a shove in the right direction!  :laugh

WOW talk about keeping this hush hush, I just saw the signs going up the other day for this Levy, and found out it was to be voted on today :jawdrop  Never heard a thing about this till just the other day, No wonder it's seem like it's going to pass, the only ones that knew about this were the one voting for it, Oh well, So off to the voting booth to see if we can stop this for another yesr or so. :pissed

Ok the levy passed. :banghead  My ASS hurts already. :rolleyes

For        2,454   51%

Against   2,398   49%


OK THIS IS WRONG the paper made a mis print as far as I know right now this Levy FAILED!!!!!!  

Against was 51%
Against 2,824  

For 2,689  
For was 49%


       So this FAILED!!!!!! But was told it will be back on again in NOV. and they will keep doing it till they get what they want. :guns

Move to California......they got a tax for everything.... it puts a high tax on liquor and then raises the other taxes that drive people to drink!  :eek

You wanted it so your going to pay to build it. LOL :rolleyes

One of the other drivers I use to know that worked with us lives down the street and I had talked to him today and he said thas ok he just bought a place in FL. and will be moving out in the fall.
