How many of you guys are keeping up with this one?  She's got the hot school teacher thing going right now, but the Reader's Digest version is, she had some kind of altercation with her "boyfriend" and he ended up getting shot in the face, his throat cut, and he was stabbed 27 times...  This girl knows how to party...  and has to be great in the sack...   :beer

I am kind of curious about this statement:

Personaly I think there was more going on than what is being told. In my eyes she is NO "Angel" but has no problem bashing the guy and making him out to be the monster. I'm not buying the inocent look at all. If I were on the jury, I would hang her. This crap of looking at the jurers with her answers would tell me she is hiding something.

That's actually a tactic trial attorneys train their witnesses to do, on both sides.  In a bench trial, you look at the judge as he/she is the one you have to convince.  The jury is the same way.  I'm sure her attorney spent a bunch of time with her getting her to pause before answering and making eye contact with the jury.  She only needs one to avoid feeling a little prick...  :D

It's pretty obvious the guy was no angel, much to the chagrin of the church and his family... I went to school in Mesa with a bunch of them and most of the ones I knew had double lives at a minimum...  It's like the old joke goes:

I'm down here in East Ajo, the only news we get is whatever the evil republicans are up to in Phoenix. That and which drug runner died yesterday.  :rolleyes   It kind of gets repetitive.  :sleep

Light at the end of the tunnel for the trial is near. Closing statments by the prosicution was yesterday. Defence today and then it goes to the jury. Don't know about the rest of you, But I'm tired of hearing abut this crap.
