You're not kidding there... My house was destroyed 6 months ago when a pipe let go in the attic... flooded the whole place and still isn't back together 100%... been quite an adventure!  :stupid

8,000 extra gallons of water on the bill that month.  Dropped all the drywall in the house, rewired, replumbed, ditched the casement windows for dual pane, added additional insulation... it's been a process.  Been back in the house for over 3 months now with no kitchen.  Did get to spend 3 weeks in a resort during August with a lazy river and great pool setup.   There are some pluses... few and far between as it has been a nightmare overall.   :beer

All this time and they still don't have the kitchen back together. Are they having it fabed in another country or something??  :rolleyes

I have to say the outside does look good after the new coat of paint. I like the colors. Even though the water streaks were different.  :D
