Yea,I'll admit I work for the State and MOST state employees are/vote dem but,damn...it's getting pretty ridicules these days...all the take take take and give give give to who knows who (well we all know who but it's not too PC to say out-loud)... :stupid

I frequently do controller/router/pc/printer/laptop service calls in downtown Sacramento (and other areas) for the State of California, and I hear alot of State employees saying that there's no way they are going to vote for Davis again and that he's "in for a rude awakening". It will be interesting to see the recall election play itself out and who's left standing in the end.

I'll be the one to be not PC.... the lazy people get all my hard earned money. People that have 5 kids to get extra wellfare. People that are on drugs and are living off of the system to stay at home and do more drugs. Illegal immigrants that are NOW going to get free college education because of that ass hole Davis. Etc....

I agree 100% Catsmeow. But, I DO have 5 kids, I am NOT on Welfare, I DON't do drugs, I CAN'T afford to send my kids to college, and I DO work my butt off so the State of CA can GIVE MY HARD EARNED $$ to the above mentioned people that won't help themselves. :angry

Now ya got me going

It's a wonder I can afford my own family now that I look at it this way and see how many "other" families I'm helping raise.... :angry

Did you guys look at all the names on the sample ballot? We have two or three radio DJ's that are from the LA area on there, not to mention Gary Coleman and an Adult film actress...

I travel for a living and people all over the country are laughing at us because of this. Then they bring up the OJ Simpson trial, the Rodney King thing, the earthquakes, etc... California is a joke to the rest of the country. I can't wait till this thing is over and the Terminator is our Govenor.

I hear more about what's going on at home when I travel than I do at home, including the local OC/LA/SD car chases. :stupid

I know Catsmeow. I just found out today that they Laid Off one of my kids school teachers. Just where in the Hell is all of our overTAXed dollars going? That's what I want to know..... Special interest groups (I hear the Indian Gaming Association has lotsa $$

I't cost me almost $500.00 to send my son to the JC for about 4 months (1 semester) and just thinking of that bill or whatever to send illegals at reduced rates just really irritates me... :angry

Nope, no yard stick or bumper sticker. I'm not home enough. I should be voting for the Texas elections before the CA elections, but unfortunatly I still CA taxes, so I have to vote. :plane

Here's an example; Up here in my area there is an Indian Casino run by the 38 member Wintun indian tribe. The State GAVE them the Land, took away virtually ALL regulations (they don't even need an environmental report or a building permit to build the new hotel they are currently building), etc.
And you know what, I happen to know for a fact that ALL 38 members of that tribe are Millionares and NOT ONE of them works at the casino.

Thank you Gray Davis and Cruz Bustamente for accepting the abnormally large "campaign contributions" from the Indian gaming groups.....I'm sure they are lauging all the way to the bank.

Okay, I have to say that I don't mind what we Give Back to the indians. We took it in the first place so I don't mind giving something back to the 500 or so of them left.

But I agree, unfortunatly it's not helping the other 462 or so of them that are living in poverty. (Granted, they should be able to get jobs if they don't have fire water drinking issues)

j/k. But seriously, that's a shame to hear that we made the rich richer and the poor are still poor and worse yet, the middle class are getting poorer.

I'm just pissed about the Illegal aliens getting college money. We might as well pass out free cars and cell phones to drug dealers while we are at it. A crime is a crime and the key word here is "Illegal." Why are we rewarding the law breakers while those of us that want to go to college and just can't afford it and don't qualify for aide because we make more than $5.50 an hour have to work harder to get to go to college (or send our kids)? :confused

I think I'm going to revoke my American Citizenship, become a Canadian or Mexican and apply for a college grant. Yah, that's it.... I got the answer now.... I'm off to Canada.... :plane

Myself, I prefer McClintock based on what his past record is and what he says he will do. And I know that McClintock is a straight shoot from the hip type of guy that does what he says he will do. But, I think that the star power and the $$ behind Arnold will prove to be insurmountable for McClintock. Like I told McClintock's folks at the Sacramento office, I will watch the polls right up until Oct. 7 and whoever is leading the race between Arnold and Tom gets my vote. I just hope that one of them drops out within the next 2 weeks or so because I think that a split vote would surely put Cruz in office. Either way....Davis is OUTTA THERE! I just don't want to go from Davis to Bustamente because it will be the same old business as usual and Cruz has already shown that by accepting illegal contributions from Special Interest groups.

Oh, and I love this new Drivers License thing that Davis just signed. The illegal immigrant "drivers" will now be driving Legally(?) with a drivers license while in the State Illegally(?), all the while driving Illegally(?) without insurance because they can't afford it because Legally(?) they cannot work in the US.
This will surely make our Auto Insurance rates go through the roof. And you know damn right well that the ONLY reason that Davis signed that into law was because he wants the Latino voters to vote for him in October. What a crock of crap :angry
