John's hair looks like all of ours did back in the day when he took off our helmets.  I guess he really did comb it down on the show though.  Ponch doesn't have "helmet head" at all.

As corny as that show was, I do remember something about it.  Ponch had a drawer FULL of new toothbrushes for all the different ladies that came over.  He had to babysit a little girl for the night once and she said "But I don't have my toothbrush".  Ponch say "No problem Honey" and opened the drawer.  The little girl asked why he had so many toothbrushes and he sort of laughed, but declined to explain that to her. Ponch was a man slut. :laugh
