I have plans to move my house boat to havasu in march,and i an think about moving my buisness there. I live in discovery bay now on the delta. My buisness is boat canvas (covers bimini tops,cocpit covers),and canvas awnings.does anyone think havasu can support another buisness of this type.my over head here is about $10,000 a month i think i can live and work there for about $4,000 a month. I would appriciate any feedback.       thank you

I don't remember how many similar business's are out there, but I did go to one inquiring about a Bimini Top.  I think they told me something like 4 weeks to do.  If you can do it quicker than that, I think you'll get some biz.  Maybe RIVERRATMIKE or RVRGIRL can look in the yellow pages for you and see what they have there. :D

I just so happen to have my Havasu yellow pages here at work.  There are 11 companies listed under Boat Covers, Tops & Upholstery. Out of the 11 it looks like 4-5 do the canvas work.  :peace

Do you want it in the center of the action or a little remote?  There's a marina at the south end of the channel, one across the lake at the Indian reservation, and a few south of Lake Havasu City.

Catsmeow is the HD Bikini Team leader, but she doesn't make it on the board much.  Last night was an exception. :rotflmao  We'll let her know of the new candidate. :D Do you have any pics that we can check out in the meantime?
