It really has gotten crazy. We have been looking in Parker for the past 2 months and it is unbelievable what things are going for....We looked at a double wide mobile in horrible shape not even on the water for $479k....Anyone need a couple of roomates? Ugly me and very hot wife..... :jumpie

we almost changed our minds bill and where thinking about getting it.i guess it was a party pad but could be fixed up and for that price to be on the water would of been nice.the lease was a 1000 a month so that was the catch but if you had a partner for 500 bucks a month it could of been a very nice setup.

My RiverHouse (Ok so its only a Trailer) BUT it suit's me just fine,Hell I spend most of the day in the water anyways,All I need is a Place to Eat and Sleep at night
