Anybody every remove a brake light switch on a 1996 Silverado :confused  I can get my hand almost to it but its stuffed in there pretty good :break

Yes, I did once.  But I did it a slightly different way.....I took it to the shop and had them fix it :D  :good  :rotflmao

A GM tech posted some advice on HotBoat and in the long run I'd be better off sending my neighbor to them, sounds like one of those 30 minute jobs that takes 4 hours :break

Yes, it is :D   I've found that frequently, the littlest thing can cost alot less if you pay to have it done.  I have been known to get so frustrated while working on cars that I end up throwing a crescent wrench or something else through the windshield :eek   Yep...Cheaper to pay to have the thing fixed :laugh
