My daughter's School is right next door from my gym, so when I take her to school I go. It's less crowded at that time to.I't an all women's gym. Besides I have class in the afternoon and by the time I get home I'm to tiered to go. We are doing Shiatsu massage So I get pretty relaxed and I don't feel like going in the evening...... :D

I'm at the Gym all day... I lift myself up off the couch once in a while to go sit in the chair, and vice versa :D   Yep...I get lotsa excercise.  But the real exercise is when the kids get home from school everyday and start argueing....Then I get my boxing workout for the day :beat  :laugh

Well Im heading off 2 the gym again in about 2 hours. I like the stair climber machine. It really gives you a good workout. I go 2 the gym after Mike goes 2 work. I wish he would go with me. In my dreams... :(

Well it must have changed, usually after the lunch crowd leaves it's dead till around 4!. :rolleyes When I lived over there, I used to get off at 2:30 and was at the GYM by 3:00 and there was hardly anybody there. I left around 4:30 and it was already starting to get packed!. :(

I worked out in the ladies only part of the gym this week. I think I like it better. It goes by a lot quicker as well. Not much waiting around time.

I worked out in the ladies only part of the gym this week. I think I like it better. It goes by a lot quicker as well. Not much waiting around time.

I really like going to an all women gym....It's quicker no one judges the way you look.

I went to the Physical Therapist's office on Thursday and He told me that my patella (Knee cap) is to small for my knee.I almost told him well should I go out and buy bigger ones? Doh I knew that..... :)
