Well, Memorial Day Weekend is here and the official start of boating/camping season is upon us.  What is everyone gonna be doing?

I think that we are gonna go out to the lake (Camp Far West) for 1 day and test out the new motor in the Jet Boat.  Just finished getting it all plumbed yesterday.  The rest of the 3 day weekend I think I'll be going through the garage and putting a bunch of stuff up on Ebay for sale.  I never realized how much boat and motor parts I actually have accumulated until I "sorta" cleaned the garage up yesterday.  DOes anyone need computer parts?  I'm gonna convert my computer room into an engine room :good

What type of motor?  Turboed?  Blown? NA'ed??
I need to build a new motor too.  Just don't have anything to put one in....yet :D

Nahh, just a low budget 12.5 to 1 468 Eagle rotating assembly, stock 990 heads flat tappet cam and tunnelram, should be close to 500 hp!.. :rolleyes

I can't wait to try out this 468 in the Jet Boat.  It's the one that I had in the B Boat.  It was built for, and used to have, Enderle Injectors on it.  The motor feels and sounds pretty good.  I also just purchased a fully prepped (By Tom Papp) Berkely G Bowl from Garry Snow, and am looking for a nozzle housing, then after I do a bit of additional pump work I may see 90 or so.  It ran 75+ with the single 830 carbed 476.  I know that this 468 Puts out more HP than the 476 does.  I am also looking at a blown Arias Hemi, but I think I need to wait for the Workmans comp settlement for that motor :D

Could be closer to 600 with a cleanup on the heads and manifold and carb work but that's labor and the customer don't want to pay!. Oh well!.. :rolleyes  :laugh

Well we're going over Saturday to Safford for BC's family reunion its Memorial Day weekend every year and we go every year. Its a big deal about 100 to 140 people show up. Lots of good food and a little  :drink

Sunday & Monday just going to chill, work on the boat and get ready for next weekend :beer

i loved working at  "THE STORE "  on holidays - triple time - beautiful women - in kini's  my favorite thing was to stock the freezer isle / beer cooler ...... yea you know what i'm talking about ...  :good
