Congrats go out to the SCuba's for making a choice for a better way of life :good

AZ may not be the nicest place to live (Just an opinion here) based on the Desert area (I don't care forthe Desert). But, it sure as h*ll is alot cheaper to live there than California and your chances of actually getting ahead in life are much better :good

So, congrats on pulling the trigger and getting outta CA. One day soon, I hope to be doing the same thing, but not to AZ

Thank you everyone! We are all excited for the move, and especially excited to take all my USC GEAR with me to give those ASU & UOFA punks shome shit!! lol Ã‚Â :rotflmao

Here is a pic of the new house (with rv parking & no hoa fees)
1642sq' on a 7700sq' lot 3 bedrooms 2 baths, large family room, den & 2 car garage. 171k, built in 1993
