Ok. I stumbled onto Hotboat.net in 2001 around May. MissHBjet just thought I was weird for posting on the computer all night to other boaters I have never met. After months of posting, and seeing the photos from OP6C (the beginning of the end party) We saw everyone seemed normal (how mistaken we where) and we decided to meet some people from the boards. First was RiverToysJas who came over to my house for a lake day trip to Castaic. Later at the lake we met up with Hustler, ChestahCheetah, and FuFu Queen. Then shortly after we attended OP6CII and met a whole bunch of new people and it's been a downward spiral since then. MissHBjet joined Hotboat.net as soon as we got back and just posted a little here and there. As time when on and she got more involved in the work being done to the boat, the more she started to pick up on things and with that, began posting more and more.....................Now, she is active on more boards then I am. HotBoat, HavasuDoug, HavasuBarney, OP6C, and who knows what other boards...

Just the other day I was reading a thread on Hot Boat and I asked her (because I have a weird feeling she would know) what CFW was. "Camp Far West" she replied acting all smart. Just then I realized, she is an Internet Junkie! What began with me being on the internet to long posting with people I don't know and thinking I'm just weird, to her being a known icon on all boating related message boards with a status probably greater then mine when I'm the one who works on the boat and can talk boats with the best of them. How the Hell did that happen?

Anyways, I think it's funny and I'm glad we have a cool group of friends we can chat with and I don't have to worry about anyone mistreating her (so far that is... :eek ) because we all watch out for each other. I just wish there wasn't so many damn boards to follow.......Good thing I have an Internet Junkie girlfriend so she can fill me in from time to time.

I have nobody to think I'm wierd around my house, except my dogs and they don't care cause I can buy them off with food and treats.  So that comes down to you clowns to think I'm wierd, but you're in the same boat anyway, so we all seem pretty normal to me.  :D
