Well, it's here.  NFL Preseason starts this Monday, August 9th and the games continue throughout the week and every weekend thereafter until we have a Champion :)

Anyone have any opinions on off-season trades, acquisitions, cuts, retirements?
How about Predictions?  Who'll be there in the Superbowl?
Everyone has a favorite NFL team....What's your favorite?

Just getting the pre-season kicked off here too :good  :D

My favorite is the Raiders of course :good   Not so sure about all their off-season moves, but on paper, they rank right up there with the best of them this year.  We'll see soon enough.
Not really very happy with the Raiders cutting Tim Brown yesterday.  But I guess that it was a request that he made and if he doesn't sign within a few weeks with another team, he says he will come back and resign as a Raider and then Retire.  Either way, he said that he anticipates returning to the Raiders organization in some type of office position or another.  Tim Brown will ALWAYS be a Raider :good

How about everyone elses opinions?

(BTW, NCAA Football, I gotta go with USC again :good  )

I heard the Broncos are seriously looking at Tim Brown....That would be odd to see him playing for the Broncos.  Probably about as odd as it was seeing Romanowski go from the Broncos to the Raiders

Well goddamn....  I officially stopped being a Broncos fan when they lost to Jacksonville in the first round of the playoffs (what's that been, 8 years ago now??).  But secretly, in my heart, I root for orange.   :good

Ok, now to basketball for a sec......  Just reading the latest headlines on the NBA.  Peja Stojakovic requested a trade outta Sacramento today :eek  :(   I'm thinking that Chris Webber needs to keep his lame  :ass  ankle and his big mouth shut :angry  .  Webber bad mouthing "certain" Kings players for playing too soft, when all along, I, as a Diehard Kings Fan, have ALWAYS thought that it was Webber that was too soft :angry   I think it's time to  :plane  Webber outta Sacramento!  

But then again.....Peja is a hot commodity and may be able to bring a few good players to Sacramento.  Heck with it, trade Webber AND Peja to the SAME team in a package deal!  That will teach them both!!!!!!

Haven't been a fan since I was a kid. Use to go to lots of games with my dad when I was little. Think I will become a fan this year. It's a good excuse to drink my beer  :beer  and wear some really cute outfits when cheering for my favorite team.  :rolleyes Any suggestions for a team for me? Any really good team have silver as their color? :stupid  Please help me out here boys? :good

Broncos suck!!! I am with you BBT Raiders & SC. The bronco's wanted Tim Brown when he was a free agent 5 or 6 years ago. That will be funny if they get him now. I hate to see him go, but as a profesional & a veteran like him I am supprised he didnt take to the back up role. And teach the young punks on the team how to do things right. Make a couple of mill to come off the bench!! Where do I sign? :D

The eagles have some silver in their uniforms. I also think they will have a kick ass team this year.  :good
