Doug's check bounced and they pulled the plug!!!   ÂÂ
Don't know how may computer geeks will care about this, but those that love irony may enjoy the story.
There is a worm that was launched around christmas that is infecting php based website.  Ours of course is php based.  So without warning, on friday night before a holiday weekend, my server takes me offline.  Now not only was MWBP down, but several other local business websites that I run came down too.  I finally get ahold of some high school drop out sitting at the help center on friday night and here is our converstion:
Me:  Why is my site down
Him: you have code that allows the worm, you're suspended until you fix the code.
Me:  Okay, I know the fix, just let me in so I can change the code;
him: as soon as you change the code you can get back in
me:  the code I need to change is on the server,if you don't let me back in, I can't change the code.
him:  okay, as soon as you have the code changed I'll let you back in.
Me:  can't change the code without getting to the code, which is on the server you won't let me into.
him:  okay, just change the code and I'll let you back in.
me:  AAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
This went on from friday night until monday morning for hours at a time!!!!!!
Anyway, long story short, we're back up and running, bug free, and in the process of moving to a server that doesn't have their head up their collective asses!!!!!

That site is way too busy to get the plug pulled on it. Hopefully it's just a minor glitch.
Ain't it nice to have such good customer service!.. 
Try and tell them to jump ahead a few pages in their script and it confuses the hell outta them and makes it worse. I NEVER call tech support anymore. If I have a problem on a remote server, I just troubleshoot it myself and then call my sales rep and let him know what the solution is. Bam....get's back up within a few minutes
