Hey everyone. My g/f and I took our new Sea-Doo out on Lake Havasu today (June 1st 2003). Launched at the Havasu start park and rode all the way up to I-40. Did about 42 miles round trip. Sounds good. I'll e-mail you my numbers. I'm just right off of Oro Grande, where the new Bashas supermarket is. Had a great time on the lake today. Was about 108 and felt great! :beer

Those things are so much fun. I rode my friends with my girlfriend on the back in parker. We hit a wake and it launched both of us into the air. We almost drowned but it was fun.

I love jumping the wake and catching some major air...but I have also crashed on one (another person crashed into me when I was at a stop) and I've almost been run over by them WAY TOO MANY TIMES when I'm kneeboarding Ã‚Â

Well if your a shit head driver of a watercraft then accidents will happen! I'm very careful and obey all the rules when out on the water. I know I'm not planning on running anyone over or crashing anytime soon!

...I was NOT saying YOU are a crappy driver...I was saying I know they are a ton of fun to ride on. I can see how people forget their brains at home when riding on them, because they seem so easy to control. I have had many fun & safe experiences on them. Ã‚Â

However, I have literally been run into by someone else on a jet ski leaving a huge crack & hole in my jet ski (did they fix it...no...did they offer to pay for the fixing...no) Ã‚Â

I have almost been run over twice by jet skiers when I was in the water behind our boat (did they obey the law on how far they need to stay away from a boat...no) and our ski rope has had an incident with a jet skier as well. Ã‚Â :eek

So having nothing to do with you personally...I agree they are a blast (as long as the driver is safe) but there are WAY TOO many not so safe drivers out there and it can be VERY scary if you are the victim of their stupidity. Ã‚Â
