In Feb I took the Petty Officers E4 advancement exam for the Navy Reserves. I just found out yesterday that I passed. :jumpie

So I will have InDoc for Petty Officers in June where I will get frocked...thats when they give my my new rating badges. Means I will get a little bit more money each month..a little more benies...and a little more responsibility.

Currently my unit is attached to the U.S.S. Curts...Its mission is drug trafficing. Its a frigate..which is also a guided missle cruiser. It has two hanger bays for Helo's. One of the Helo's is flown by a female officer. I havent been underway on this ship because there is no berthing for females other than officers...pretty funny.

Not long ago, you posted some pictures of the fire training you did in San Diego.......recently local news down here did a story on that unit and I recognized it from your pictures. I felt proud to know someone that had been through that facility. :jumpie
