After a day of boating on Sunday at Elsinore, my family and I were on our way to Chilis to grab a bite to eat, when out of no where a newer model white Toyota Corolla spun out and T-Boned my trailer with the boat on it! To top it off the SOB took off and fled the scene!

The adjuster called today and totaled the trialer just from the photos i sent in. Now I have to make up the difference for a new trailer because it was only covered for $2000!

and for all of you AAA members that dont have RV coverage with your membership, it will cost $100/hr to have your trailer flatbeded!

Both axles got tweaked so the trailer was ridding sideways, after driving to the next freeway exit the tire blew on the oppisite side!

They told me that they dont do replacement cost coverage on the trailer, only the NADA value

the bad deal is most of you covrage is for the boat, it's the big part of the pakage. the cheaper way is to go back with the same company, a "custom trailer from some one that is not set for your boat may be pricy, also 2 axles are cheap. how bad is you trailer? 2000 Goes a long way if you have the trailer.


Just a  :stupid thought

I called Pacific, and he quoted me $4720 + tax and Lic. that was standard with no chrome options

anyone have a place to do gelcoat work? The adjuster told me how to make the strees cracks show up on camera by going over them with a pencil

It's not so close but zeiman is in Whittier, and they do custom boat trailers. for a vee bottom they may have a 24'
