Okay all my Havasu Doug buddies, I've been in contact with the Martinez regulars and none of them are going to make it out on the 6th, 13th or 20th, in fact most of them wont be out until Memorial or later, what would the impact be if we tried this for an early weekend in June? Would you guys still be interested or is it getting too late in the season? The reason that I ask is because I want you guys to meet them, they're awesome people and are one of the main reasons that I personally hang down there.

Here's my o-pinion... we're never going to get everyone to agree on a weekend.

I plan on hitting Roosevelt/Apache on my June trip... before the monsoons kick up.

If we can't do it in May... I say pick a weekend sometime during the summer. If people can go, great. If not, well there's always next time. :good

Here's the average temperatures, Hi, Lo for May and June.

Too late in June and its too dang hot to sleep at night if you are camping, but early June should work.
