I had to shut down the DHCP Server and now I am just sitting here getting antsy.  The only IP address I had was here of all places.

I need a DNS Server IP Address or two.

if you want to help but aren't sure do this.

START MENU - RUN - type CMD and press enter
At the command prompt type IPCONFIG /ALL and press enter.

You will see your DNS Settings on the results.

As soon as Doug posted the address's the power was shut off to the rest of the building.   :break
