? If you are anchored, I'm sure passengers can drink on board, as can the driver (up to .08). How can someone not driving get a DUI (driving under the influence)? I can see drunk in public. The point I was making is that if whatever the council passes stops at the waterline, what happens on board doesn't apply to that ordinance. |
True, with the hassle it will do what they want, stop drinking and stop people from coming.
I would rather have them drink there than were I am, we have enough already.
