Out here in the boondocks it does.  

Funny true story.  The guy who's property borders my driveway bought his place about 6-9 months ago.  My next door neighbors (picture an "L" they are the corner) sold their place 3 months ago.  The lady that bought it boards horses and brought in 20 horses in the last 2 weeks.  Neighbor with the kids on dirt bikes is pissed and trying to figure out a way to turn her in for something.  I think he'd better mind his p's and q's considering his girls ride their quads on the property and that is a no-no in Riverside County these days.  What did he think he was getting when he moved next to a horse ranch with a 10 stall barn???  :rolleyes  The neighbors before had 3 and I think he is just not happy with the amount, but hey, it's legal.  4 per acre and she has 5 acres.  I wish people would just live and let live.   :grouphug
