Now I kid you not, true story:

On our last trip a girl in a nice business suit walked up to the roulette table and told me flat out: "You people are all stupid."
"If you bet every number, you'll always win" she then told me.

She did just that,, in about 15 minutes she was broke.
Bet far more than she was winning, and she just didn't get it.
I believe the math was she was betting  80 to 1 and the payout was approx 36 to 1 or pretty close if I remember my odds right.

I think I recognized her from around here, someone in the group said she owns/owned several Dominos Pizza places she got in a divorce settlement.
A few of them folded.
Everyone has a good gambling story.

LOL---I'm not much of a gambler so slots is about all I'll do now and then....last time to Vegas we stayed at the Venician. After finishing some meetings the wife wanted to play some coins, I had a few qrtrs in my pocket and dropped one in....BAM, $20..I'm done. We walked around to a couple other casino's and whereever I dropped a qrtr I'd win.
Tank of gas for the boat... :good

Only other gamble story I got is seeing some chicks boob when she was throwing at a Craps table :laugh

Redhead at the Casino

Two bored casino dealers are waiting at a craps table.
A very attractive redhead comes in and wants to bet twenty-thousand dollars on a single roll of the dice.

She says, "I hope you don't mind, but I feel much luckier when I'm bottomless."

With that she strips naked from the waist down, and rolls the dice while yelling, "Momma needs a new pair of pants!"

She then begins jumping up and down and hugging each of the dealers. "YES!

I WIN! I WIN!"

With that she picks up her money and clothes and quickly leaves. The dealers just stare at each other dumbfounded.

Finally one of them asks, "What did she roll anyway?"

The other answers, "I thought YOU were watching!" :rotflmao

Funny you should mention Las Vegas.

I have been here in Las Vegas for the last two weeks. I have holding my own and keeping loses to a minimum.

I have pretty much been living at The Hard Rock. I think I just might stay here permanently. :love Or at least until the money runs out.

I will probably hit the Supercross finals this weekend. Anybody else going to be here for the races?

I will probably have a few stories from this trip. :D

Only been to Vegas once, not sure if anyone remembers the weekend last year that the fountains in front of the Belagio were down because of a bad electrical transformer? Well it was a faithful day in April, my Anniversary weekend, my wife had always wanted to see the Fountains in action, I booked a room at Paris with a view of the fountians, that way at night she could just sit in the window and watch them if she pleased, needless to say the trip was a bust, we are both of the same atitude now that Vegas is great, if you gamble, we don't so we probably wont be back anytime soon...

RIVER! If you have to ask you wont understand...

I end up there periodically mainly for meetings...like next week :)

I was playing video poker and hit a Royal Flush. I got so excited I accidently hit the "double or nothing" button and it threw up a "King". :banghead


I sat there pouting :(  for about 5 minutes before drawing a card.

I hit "deal" and it served up an "Ace". :jumpie

As soon as I got cashed out I did lots of :drink and thanked :bowdown my lucky stars I was spared. :D

Year ago I used to do Grocery Store remodels....we would work in Vegas 3-4 weeks in a row....got old real quick... :rolleyes

That's cuz your week's per diem would be gone the first night... :laugh
