Late Night Update:
Lake Havasu City's purchase of a portion of the English Village was soundly rejected by voters here Tuesday.

According to the Mohave County elections office, Proposition 300 received 10,700 no votes and 3,384 yes votes, with all 19 precincts reporting.

The city agreed to purchase a 9.53 acre portion of the Village north of the London Bridge in December from developer Chris Read for $14.5 million.
