Do it this time every year. I Loose about 4 1/2 lbs a week for 10 weeks. Here's what I've found:
Guys loose weight faster than girls, but girls put weight on much slower.
Beer is beer, It all fattens ya up, lite or regular.
Bread is bread,, no such thing as the "Claimed" lo carb bread.
Really can't believe that any lo carb version food is any better for a low carb diet then the regular version of any food.
Cut the normally considered carb'd up foods, get exercise, and the weight melts off easily on the Fatkins. Stupid is Supposed to Hurt
