:stupid So I can't leave work until 4pm today, and the last time we left at that time traffic SUUUUUKKKKKEEEDDDD! Took 3 hours from Fontuckey up to the top of the Cajon pass.  I think we are going to try and take the 10 and then cross through 29 palms to Amboy Rd.
Has anyone ever tried this way? We don't want to go Rice Rd way for sure.  
Just trying to get some imput.... THANKS! :D

You are basically screwed... But there are a few things that are better..

1. Go up to the 210 and cut over to the 15 and bypass most of it...

2. Wait till 7 and cruize :)  Its actually not bad at all...

3. Get tanked :drink , convince your man to drive and snore the whole way up...  (Thats what they do to me :beat )

I usually take the 60 E to the 10 E then pass Rice rd and take Ehrinberg exit which takes you to Parker.
