I'm not a computer whiz so I kinda need your help in finding out what is the easiest programs out there that I can resize photos.

Use this handy tool for Windows XP...and it's free from Microsoft.

PowerToys - Image Resizer

It will make an automatic smaller version and leave your original image intact.  Just a right-mouse click.

I dont have XP at work so heres one also Resizer

But Im trying out Shue's one when I get home :good

Thanks everyone for all your help!  :good

I downloaded the Power Toys Image Resizer on my XP, but when I scan a photo, I can't find the program to resize it.  :stupid  Am I doing something wrong.

The resizer is built into your mouse pointer.
Find the image under My Documents or use Windows Explorer.
Use the Thumbnail view; makes it easier to find.

Put the cursor/arrow on the image, then "right click" the mouse, and a menu will pop-uo; one of the choices will be RESIZER.

You can do small, medium, etc., and it uses the same name with the size is (xxx) after it.
