OPPS...typo...SPIRLINA...

So, this show on the Travel Channel about exotic Asian foods....shows these Blue/Green Algae Farms growing this stuff for human consumption.... :eek   Elsinore is a "gold mine".... :laugh   Spirlina Web Site

They say the pills are equal in health benefits to a complete salad bar, or something like that.... :beat
Lots of positive/negative stuff on the web as well.

I'm not too sure about adding algae to my diet, just yet..... :rolleyes
