That's nuts. I'm surprised he didn't break his back. :eek

In one of my stores, we noticed that someone was opening a bottle of Kahlua, taking a swig, and putting it back on the shelf.  Of course we had to pull the damaged product.  After the guy ruined a couple dozen bottles over a period of time, we set up a dedicated pinhole camera just for him.  Once we ID'd him, we nailed him the next time he came in.  The arresting officer said he couldn't be charged for the theft of all those bottles, but only for each swig he took. :banghead  :banghead  :banghead

Shoulda told the cop that the crook took a swig and then went over to the dairy dept. and sucked down some cream........charge 'em for stealing several Kahlua & creams....almost grand larceny by some bars prices! :eek  :laugh
