This is so 80's we had this longgggg time ago, now we have many color plate for the cars, if your a drunk you get a bright orange plate, and if your a sex offender, you get a pink plate.

We call these org. plates "the party Plate"

I'm all for the lock-out device. This guy: "This is not solving the problem for the carnage on the highway," Weigele said. Yeah right!

I think all cars, everywhere should have them. Make it an even playing field.
