Friend of mine just closed escrow on a trailer there. 400K and he doesn't own the land. Pays space rent and Assoc fees.

The condo's are not on BLM land, you own the ground, and get full use of the Springs, along with a boat slip, and a storage unit for your boat.  I would not buy in the springs, because it is leased land, but the condo's are not part of that parcel.  It is out of my price range, but they are actually selling pretty well.  Must be a lot of people with better jobs than I can get.
