What is the going price for one of the rv/boat garages condos.
13'x14'x50' secured lot, restrooms, and water connection.minutes from Windsor launch ramp.

Those up on Kiowa where in the $30k range I thought.

$45000 is over 18yrs of $200/mo rentals...of course, you could rent it out (check the rules to be sure)...

Buy a house instead...better investment... :good

Well, at $200 a month that's a good chunk of change every month, seems like storage is always in demand out there and always a shortage, could be a good deal to get into!..

Well, at $200 a month that's a good chunk of change every month, seems like storage is always in demand out there and always a shortage, could be a good deal to get into!..

I was spending $300+ per trip to tow it back and forth. So I look at as a savings. Plus it is real nice to just jump in the van and go. Everything I need is already there.

There is a storage condo place on the southside, on the lakeside of the 95...I want to say its somewhere near Terribles.. No idea how much though.

There's acually three different ones there side by side. I was in a small one, 30 ft I think, for $138/month. Had to store the truck somewhere else. That was a pain. And only 30 feet between buildings. It was a nightmare backing the boat in.

I'm payin' $125 a month up in Needles for indoor storage. I give 'em a call while I'm on my way out and the boat is waiting for me out front. The guy that runs the place, Steve, is a gem.
He gets out a blower and dusts of the boat so the cover isn't so dusty when I take it off.
He'll air up my tires and charge the battery if need be. I yank the batteries at the end of each season and usually want to do a bit of maintenance on the boat and he'll put me in a shady spot so I can work on the boat. :good

I think that you're alittle high at $45,000. About $55-$60 a sq ft is probably reasonable for a unit that size in town. Down on Sweetwater (south end of town) there are 13X40 units for $29,900. I can email you details if you're interested.
