Trident party was very nice. Cute little appetizers, funny bartenders, beautiful girls, and free drinks.  Too bad mine were all diet coke  :(  I shoulda got a room.  I got home at about 2:30.  :sleep  However, I went to sleep around 1:45 as I got into Corona  :laugh

The party list was quite a "who's who" of our local scene.  Even a coupla Elim peeps were invited... :good   I wish Wes well in his endeavor.  Great boat, and a great person behind it.  Also really like what Danny is doin' with his DCM.

His "Boat Building 101" over on RDP really impressed me...very informative for the novice, and experienced, boater out there... :cool  :good

I agree.  I was sicker than a dog the day before, but I had to suck it up because I knew that Wes had paid a lot for this party and I felt privilaged to be invited.  I didn't really ask for tickets, but he knew I was bummed I hadn't, so when some people dropped, he was able to invite me.  But I saw lots of people come out of the woodworks to ask for wristbands (someone even asked for 10  :eek ) and then blow it off.  I hope they at least called and apologized. There were a lot of them.

Glad you got to go, I'm sure it was fun. I think some of them had no intension of going but just wanted to see their name on the list. I think Wes planed on that too. Hence the overbooking, 150 bands for 100 spots. I know what I'd say if somebody asked for 10, and it wouldn't have been to PC.
