Many thanks to my friends that came and supported me today at my mothers funeral services....I was glad you came, friends like you guys are rare to have indeed.
I won't name the names but you guys know who you are. BM, MK, L, SP.

CaliKat, I especially want to thank you again for that passage you sent me, it moved my family dearly, so deeply in fact we used it as the last reading before we lowered my mother.

Thanks to all that expressed their condolences to me as well, I am very grateful for the support I recieved from my HDF family.

I'm glad I was able in some small way to help ease the pain for you and your family.  I do believe I faintly heard that joyful shout, "Here she comes!" :)

I know that this is the tough time when reality really sets in.  Know that your friends are here to help you through it.

It's all good brother, I am glad that I could be there to support you and your family. Even though I never met your mom I feel like I know her in some way, your brother and all the grandkids giving their thoughts on Oma was heart felt, I had tears welling in my eyes a few times, it was probably one of the most touching services I have been to ever. GodSpeed to her, she was definitely an amazing woman...  :good

My brothers reading was our thoughts put together on paper, I would have blubblered and flailed trying to read. My niece Klara(with a K ;) ) is a dead ringer for what my mother looked like at that age. She's a college sophmore.

This is what has made it tolerable for me, I know she no longer is suffering. There just is an empty space in my physical world now which only time can help heal.
