They found a mistake or oversite from 14 years ago and are making you jump thru hoops because they can't wait a day or two for the mail. I know exactly what I'd tell them to do. |
Actually, da gig and mrsgig are partly to blame for this fiasco. They're changin' insurance carriers and we waited just a tad too long to get the paperwork to 'em, thinkin' that all was well since it had been 14 years. Could be worse. Have no idea how, but it could be!
