That poor little baby... :cry

I have to believe that guy was strung out (this is meth country we're talking about)...even with all the witnesses that stopped, he continued beating the child.  When the police arrived it made no difference to him.

This is a really remote area, and like the article said, I'm amazed that any cars even drove by.  There were workers at the dairy but they had no clue what was going on until they saw the helicopter and heard the gunshot.

We had another incident last night where a guy shot and killed a sheriff's deputy after a failed possible DUI stop/pursuit.  The deputy was a single father of 3: 2 years, 4 years, 16 years. :(   They finally apprehended the guy this morning at a rest stop on I5, and there was a small child (a toddler, I think) in his car.  The child is fine, thank God.

I'm beginning to think 90% of the population is whacked.

According to one of the witnesses (a volunteer fire chief who did try to physically intervene), the guy said there were demons in the baby. :rolleyes  :angry  :(

da gig says that it is just too damn bad that they killed the pos! If he were still alive, there's a slight chance that he could have gotten the same thing that the baby didn't deserve.
