Scooped this guy out of the pool on Saturday, found him crawling out of the trash can on Sunday, and today he's still kickin', cruisin' down the deck... :beat









He was still wigglin' when I dropped him back into the trash...and closed the lid.

Some kinda beetle, I take it... :stupid   Kinda worried by the stripes... :eek

Nahhh...don't step on it this dudes' a COOL Cat, beatle juce stipes and a fur coat...good of you to let him live for a bit. They only live for about 45 day's from what I hear.

We get those all the time.  They show up at the lake around the camp fire.  They freak me out when they start hissing.

MMSW...too funny! :laugh   Maybe he'd taken some viagra or cialis and had one of those 'more than 4 hour erections' and it did him in.

They eat pine needles...and I guess they do hiss or squeal.  I'm not a big fan of beatles (John, Paul, Ringo and George aside)...I had a very traumatic experience with Japanese water beetles when I was a kid and I've never forgotten it.  I really don't like june bugs because they have no sense of direction, they just fly into anything.  Like a window...or your forehead. :eek  :rolleyes

Measuring things in inches can be a scary subject. Big TV makes for a good fallback position.
