Just read that he's just been down graded from jail to house arrest. Not on the streets yet.

Not quite house arrest...... He is free to come and go to any pre-approved place that is pre-approved by his PO. That should be just about anywhere he wants to go I would imagine ( he may have filed Bankruptcy, but he still has lotsa $$ ). ANd even then, only until June when he is completely free

I had house arrest once. To and from work only and they timed me :rolleyes

Other than a New Years eve Surprise Drug and Alcohol test at the County Jail (They gave me 15 minutes to get there) , the only place I went for 6 months was to work and back.......
