Out here, it will be Eliminators choice. Most just have the city fix it and the city bills the taggers. If taggers are minors they go after the parents.

You are right on that....although most parents get stuck with the fines. The local LE works closely with me on the tagging issues. They will check out the kids binders, backpacks, skateboards etc...and you'd be amazed at how many kids have all the same signs, slogans etc written all over these items as well....they're not too bright most of them.  :rolleyes
