Michael Jackson Dies

We've just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50.

Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

A source tells us Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived.

LaToya ran in the hospital sobbing, after Jackson was pronounced dead.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

Jackson had 13 number one hits during his solo career.

Yeah, TMZ has been known to jump the gun. UCLA med center's ambulance entrance has been cordoned off, it's an absolute zoo, and traffic in the area is a nightmare. God help anyone in critical condition trying to get to the hospital.

LAFD did confirm transporting a male from his home in full cardiac arrest with CPR being administered...beyond that they cannot say due to privacy laws.

Kinda funny....there are a bunch of people camped out around Michael Jackson's star on the Hollywood WoF. Unfortunately, it's Michael Jackson the local radio personality's star, not MJ the singer. His star is inaccessible due to a movie premiere.

As for Michael...was he a child molester? We'll never truly know. He certainly was whacked in the head, and made some truly awful decisions. But if you're going to condemn him, you also need to condemn the parents who put their kids in situations no one with half an ounce of common sense would do, all in the name of trying to capitalize on MJ's celebrity. They deserve the same punishment as MJ IMHO...whether that is rotting in hell or something else. Luckily for all of them, I'm not the one who will make that call.

Well said on the condmanation of the parents of the children "involved" CK. Money and/or fame clouds alot of peoples' judgement. Not to mention that many parents today are too busy lookin' for the "good time(s)" and/or tryin' to raise themselves much less their children.

(That's me being nice...I'm thinking much worse things).

Like so many child stars, MJ really never got the chance to be a kid. In some ways I think his "reality" was stuck in those years between the ages of 5 and 12 and he just never outgrew it. And that's gotta mess with your head. And Lord knows, there's a lot of damning information or "stuff" out there about him. I won't say evidence though. As an educator, you learn very quickly how easy it is for a parent to slap a molestation charge on someone. It is so easy to convince a child to say something happened, and for them to start believing it. And the minute that happens, you're guilty, even if the charges are dropped or deemed to be unfounded. There is no "innocent until proven guilty" when it comes to a molestation charge...and that is made even more difficult when you are famous because you'll almost always pay those people off to get out of the spotlight. So that's why I can't definitively say he was a child molester. He has to answer to and be judged by someone else now, and whoever that is will probably be more merciful than I would if the charges were true.

WOW I heard this this afternoon and then just got home alittle bit ago and the wife told me the news, so sad he had alot of good songs, as far as the other stuff go's well I don't know what went on there for I won't hold anything or anybody for that matter against him.

Latest news this morning is that Family members confirmed that MJ was given a "High Dose" of Morphine shortly before he died. I know that his personal doctor was at his home when he went into cardiac arrest....
Criminal charges pending? Time will tell. Robbery and Homicide division is in charge of the investigation....That in itself says alot
