Sorry it took so long to get back to you.
There are a couple ways for me to cut a sticker like this. Normally, I cut in a single color, but if absolutely necessary, I can cut in 2 colors.
If it were cut in a single color, the actual text can be weeded out (clear part) and the circle (background) could be the sticker. This would be the cheapest.
Another option would be to leave the text and weed out the background. The circle could be established as a border on the outer edge.
What kind of file(s) do you have that image in?  I could duplicate it with either the font names OR a high resolution (and clean) full size or larger image. It would have to be a minimum of 200 dpi. Web images won't cut it.
The sticker would be around $8, give or take a couple bucks depending on how much work was required in setting up the image. After it was set up, subsequent stickers could cost less.
