I also use Isky Rev Lube, been using it for over 20 years mainly because I used to live down the street from Isky and they used to give it away but it is the shit, nothing special about it, it has Moly Sulphide in it, if you look at it under a microscope, it looks like a pile of BBs. But any other assembly lube works just as good!...Never use oil because oil runs away and by the time you're ready to fire the motor, everything is dry. The only place I use oil is on the pushrod tips, assembly lube is thick and it will plug up the hole and it will take too long for oil to flow up unto the rockers. Besides when you pump oil pressure up before you fire the motor you should have oil flowing at all the rockers so they will have plenty of oil on the tips!..
