So I know this guy here in town that has given me a lot of grief for building my own motors and having so much trouble.Keeps saying I should have spent the 4 grand he did and have a pro do it. Well he just called me and guess what he sucked/broke a valve and he's blaming the builder. He has 30+ hours on the motor but he drives WOT all the time and likes bombing through rough water in a jet, you know all the bad things. And I kept telling him to ease up but what do I know.

I can't wait to hear the story after the builder tells him whats up :cry

Hey now.I really don't remember the last time I blew a motor.I think it was about 15yrs ago in a super latemodel.It kept overheating and after 3 consecutive weekends we just let it go till the motor blew on purpose to find out what the problem was. :stupid

Had detonation holes in every piston.Turned out my machinist's bore gauge :beat

was off and the pistons were too tight.

Trying to remember the shop I know the owners name is George. And the shop is something like Desert cylinder head and machine. I really doubt its the shops fault this guy just over drives things.
