Wow couldn't believe it, since the injectors were put back together by total guesstimation, I figured I'd go though a couple of batteries before it started, but the POS fired up instantly and just sat there ran. A slight adjustment on the barrel valve and the throttle was all that was needed. Of course the real test is to put a load on it. Only thing (which I kinda suspected would happen) the idle isn't as smooth as it should be due to sloppyness in the shafts. So the next thing I will do is put bushings in, that will take of that!...:good

BTW, check out the state of the art, high tech, neighbor pleasing exhaust system!....:laugh

Cool that it fired right up, sweet test stand ya got there that takes away alot of guess work. Saw one similar in a PAW catolog the wanted $700 :eek

Now get those bushings done and put it the boat, I want to go for a ride

. Took it all apart again today, sending it in to get bushings put in for the shafts(damn, I wish I had the equipment to do it myself), they are way to sloppy!. Hope I get them back for the weekend but I dought it!, OH well!.. :angry

Well got the injectors back, man did they do a nice job. Just got to put them back together and on the motor. Should have it running on Sat and in the boat Sun and next week, put a load on it!, yeahhh!.. :good

I'll be going to Bartlett on Sat morning, you can launch right off the beach, don't have to worry about blocking the launch ramp. Since I don't have the faintest idea how it's going to run under load, I may be doing quite a few adjustments who knows?? :confused

But hey, come on up, be nice to meet you guys :good

Yes indeed, right on schedule!. :good

Got her fired up yesterday, man does it idle sweet now. :good

With the new bushings in and a proper spool for the barrel valve, it just sits there and runs. So today, it goes in the boat and it's off to the lake next Saturday for the real test!, HeeeHawww!. :good
