Not to be the "Devil's advocate", but the 6th works better for us. With our work scedules, the 20th is too close to Christmas and chocked full of Family doings. But who am I?

Yep, the name tags will again be present.

Sleek, the party will be at my place again this year. For reference, check out HD's pics for shots of the party we had here last year.

I would like to do a secret gift exchange again this year, similar to what was done last year. If I remember correctly, I think that we set the limit at $15-$20....sound right?

Also, I am going to have a special deal here, that will be explained at the party. Esentially, it will involve someone getting VERY drunk, but if they can complete the task, I will throw in a bottle of Crown, or Canadian Mist, or something to that effect.

I am going to give the poll a couple more days, and then announce what the date will be. -DD Out

I would say to start planning on that date at this time.

I am not going to be putting this over on Hot Boat, as there are just too many people on that forum now that I dont know, but I would like to extend the invitation to a few of the Hot Boat regulars, like Hustler & FuFu, PartyCat, HotCrusader, etc. If anyone can think of some of the regulars that we should invite, lets hear some names, so that I can drop the invite their way.

This is why I hope that these forums never get too big. Its kind of nice pretty much knowing most everybody thats on here. Hot Boat is now almost an anonymous free for all.

Will Santa be making a surprise appearance again this year? I guess that time will tell...

For anyone that is going to be involved in the gift exchange, please try to keep the gifts non-boating related for the most part. A lot of my brothers from the fire house will be at the party, and most of them are not boaters.

You ought to make a list and check it twice from the toliet tags...then just send PM's to those folks over at hotboat that you want....or post it at hotboat and only give directions to those you trust :beer
